The Last-Minute Storm
It’s 3:30 PM, the sky turns dark, and you are trapped in gridlock traffic. A sudden text from the school flashes on your dashboard: outdoor soccer is canceled due to the storm, and the kids must be picked up from the indoor gym early. At home, the grandparents are already grabbing their keys, completely unaware. You try calling, but their phones are on silent. Because you are stuck in your car and completely locked out of updating the kitchen calendar, you are forced to watch helplessly as they drive straight into a storm toward an empty field, entirely missing the update.
Soccer practice: 4:00 PM, Outdoor Field 1.
Outdoor Field 1 -> Moved to indoor gym.
3:15 PM — Heading out to grab the kids. See you at the field!
